Location: Multiple Locations Across Malaysia: Johor, Melaka, Pahang, Penang & Selangor.

• Minimum 2-3 years of retail or sales experience, preferably in a supervisory or Store-in-Charge capacity.

• Experience in apparel, fashion, footwear, sports retail, or FMCG retail is preferred.

• Diploma in Retail Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Good understanding of retail operations, sales targets, and KPI management.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Good command of English and the local language.

• Passion for retail, customer engagement, and sales performance.

• Lead and supervise a team of Retail Associates to achieve sales targets and store KPIs.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and inspire team members to provide an outstanding shopping experience.

• Drive sales performance through active selling, customer engagement, and product knowledge.

• Monitor store operations and ensure adherence to retail standards, policies, and procedures.

• Support inventory management, stock replenishment, stock checks, and loss prevention activities.

• Execute visual merchandising standards and promotional campaigns.

• Coach, train, and develop team members to improve performance and customer service capabilities.

• Assist store management in daily operations and ensure smooth store execution.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.

• Build strong teamwork and foster a positive, high-performance culture.
