SPM, STPM or Certificate/Professional Certificate in a related field, or equivalent professional qualification

At least 2 years of working experience in quality control or quality assurance

Experience with in-process and incoming quality checks and equipment calibration

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia

Able to work at Rawang, Selangor

Assist to plan, monitor and perform in-process and incoming quality activities

Assist to collect data and evidence for customer and material complaints

Follow up, monitor and verify all customer and material complaint action items

Liaise with Production supervisors to identify root causes of non-conformance and perform containment, corrective and preventive action

Perform on-line QC audits to ensure all QC activities are in practice

Assist to handle quality improvement projects to enhance the company quality system

Prepare, maintain and perform calibration of equipment and tools, internally and externally
