Fresh graduate encourages to apply

Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.

At least 1 year of relevant experience in architectural design, drafting, or development planning, preferably within the property development, architectural consultancy, or construction industry.

Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp. Knowledge of Revit, Photoshop, Lumion, Enscape, or other relevant design software will be an added advantage.

Able to prepare and interpret architectural drawings, layout plans, building details, and construction drawings.

Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Assist in development planning and architectural design for property development projects, from concept through detailed design.

Prepare and review architectural drawings, layout plans, design proposals, 3D models, and presentation materials.

Assist in reviewing proposed layouts and building designs in terms of functionality, space planning, and development objectives.

Review consultant drawings to identify discrepancies and coordinate the resolution of design and technical issues.

Liaise with internal departments, consultants, and contractors on design changes and project requirements.

Maintain accurate records of drawings, revisions, submissions, approvals, and project correspondence.
