We are looking for a detail-oriented and Internship Purchasing Fluenty Mandarin. Your main role is to handle daily kitchen and outlet orders. The most important responsibility is ensuring all goods arrive strictly on time and preventing any stock shortage. 

Job Scope:

• Daily Ordering: Assisting Executive Process and issue purchase orders (PO) to suppliers through the system based on requests from the kitchen and outlets.
• Delivery Tracking: Assisting tracking with suppliers on delivery times to ensure goods arrive on time. Plan and arrange orders early with the kitchen ahead of public holidays and festive seasons.
• Quality Check: Assisting checking delivered goods meet quality standards. Immediately contact suppliers to resolve any issues regarding rejected, damaged, or short-delivered items.
• Invoice Matching: Assisting prepare the suppliers' Invoices and Delivery Orders (DO) against our POs to ensure consistency before passing them to the Finance department.
• Team Communication: Act as a smooth communication bridge between the kitchen (Central Kitchen), outlet managers, and suppliers.
