Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, organised and pleasant Admin cum Receptionist to join our team.

This position combines general office administration and front-desk responsibilities. The successful candidate will support day-to-day office admin matters, assist with recruitment, and ensure our reception and office operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

HR Administration

  • Manage employee attendance, leave and medical leave records.

  • Assist with recruitment, interview arrangements and onboarding of new employees.

Reception & Front Desk

  • Welcome and attend to visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Answer, screen and direct incoming telephone calls.

  • Receive and distribute incoming mail, documents and courier items.

  • Arrange outgoing courier services when required.

  • Manage meeting room bookings and meeting arrangements.

  • Maintain a neat and professional reception area.

General Administration

  • Manage office stationery and general office supplies.

  • Maintain proper filing and documentation.

  • Assist with company events and staff activities.

  • Provide general administrative support to management and other departments.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.

  • Preferably 1 year of relevant experience in administration, receptionist or a similar position.

  • Fresh graduates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Pleasant personality and professional appearance.

  • Well-organised, responsible, detail-oriented and able to multitask.

  • Able to maintain confidentiality when handling employee and company information.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
