• Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in the printing, advertising, or related industry.

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably dealing with SMEs or corporate clients.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Good creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships.

• Able to work independently while also being a good team player.

Job Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets by promoting the company’s offline advertising and promotional solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Proactively identify, approach, and meet SME clients to promote SBS advertising and promotional solutions.

• Present offline advertising and promotional services, including flyer distribution, banners, stickers, and other physical promotional materials.

• Understand clients’ business needs and recommend suitable advertising solutions and packages.

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing activities, referrals, and personal networks to close sales.

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets (KPIs) set by the company.
  

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Understand clients’ business and advertising needs and provide suitable promotional strategies and solutions.

• Provide excellent after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  

Sales Operations & Reporting

• Update the CRM system and sales records daily to accurately track client follow-ups, sales progress, and performance.

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the immediate supervisor.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the Marketing team to support promotional campaigns and sales strategies.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure advertising projects are executed smoothly.

• Provide suggestions and improvement ideas to continuously enhance sales processes and customer experience.
