Basic communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Previous part-time sales experience is an advantage — training will be provided.

Respond to customer enquiries through Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and e-commerce platforms.

Understand customers’ needs and guide them towards suitable solutions.

Recommend suitable product packages based on customers’ needs and situations.

Follow up with potential customers and existing customers.

Handle order entry, tracking updates and CRM records accurately.

Learn and follow Nutrilife Asia’s sales conversation process and customer service standards.

Identify situations that require support and escalate them to team
