The Assistant Baker / Pastry (Opah Bakery & Dessert)

Supports the Baker in preparing and producing bakery items such as bread, cakes, pastries, and desserts. This role ensures smooth daily operations while maintaining quality, consistency, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing ingredients (weighing, measuring, and mixing).
• Prepare and bake bread, cakes, pastries, and other bakery products according to recipes.
• Assist with decorating and finishing baked goods for display or sale.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and baking equipment at all times.
• Store raw materials properly and monitor stock levels.
• Assist in receiving and organizing supplies from vendors.
• Backup either one of the unit (Baker/Pastry) when needed.
• Supporting the marketing team with content execution.
• Comply with food safety regulations and company SOPs.

Pay: RM500.00 - RM600.00 per month
