Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial/leadership role.

Strong experience in brand strategy, corporate communications, marketing, digital media, and campaign management.

Experience in higher education or institutional branding is an advantage.

Strong leadership, communication, creative thinking, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent command of English; Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an advantage.

Strategic, creative, proactive, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.

Develop and implement KLUST’s overall brand strategy and positioning.

Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across all platforms and departments.

Lead corporate communications, marketing campaigns, digital content, and promotional activities.

Oversee branding for major university events, campaigns, publications, and recruitment activities.

Strengthen KLUST’s brand visibility, reputation, and market presence locally and internationally.

Work closely with Admissions, Faculties, International Office, and other departments to support student recruitment and institutional objectives.

Manage social media and digital branding initiatives to enhance audience engagement.

Develop and review corporate profiles, brochures, advertisements, presentations, videos, and other promotional materials.

Lead and manage the Branding team, including performance, project delivery, and professional development.

Manage external agencies, creative vendors, and branding suppliers to ensure quality, timelines, and cost effectiveness.

Monitor brand performance, market trends, and audience feedback, and recommend improvements.

Manage the branding budget and prepare regular reports on branding activities, performance, and outcomes.
