SOCC Holdings Hiring! Full Time Senior Executive - Sustainability and Assurances in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Executive – Sustainability and Assurance to manage and coordinate the organisation’s sustainability, Halal, OSHE, ISO, assurance and training activities. The role will ensure compliance with relevant requirements, support audits and certifications, and drive continuous improvement across the organisation. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sustainability 

• Develop and implement sustainability initiatives and programmes. 

• Monitor environmental impact, waste reduction and resource efficiency. 

• Prepare sustainability reports and monitor relevant performance indicators. 

• Keep updated on sustainability trends, regulations and best practices. 

2. ISO & Assurance 

• Maintain and continuously improve relevant ISO Management Systems. 

• Ensure policies, procedures and documentation are properly maintained and updated. 

• Coordinate internal and external ISO audits and follow up on findings. 

• Monitor non-conformities and corrective actions.

3. Halal Management 

• Manage and maintain the organisation’s Halal Management System. 

• Coordinate Halal certification, renewal, audits and documentation. 

• Ensure ingredients, suppliers, processes and operations comply with Halal requirements. 

• Conduct Halal inspections and follow up on corrective actions. 

• Coordinate with Halal authorities, auditors, suppliers and internal departments. 

• Conduct Halal awareness and training when required. OSHE 

• Implement and monitor Occupational Safety, Health & Environment (OSHE) policies and programmes. 

• Ensure compliance with applicable OSHE laws, regulations and requirements. 

• Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, audits and incident investigations. 

• Monitor corrective and preventive actions. 

• Coordinate OSHE training, awareness programmes and emergency preparedness. 

• Promote a strong safety culture across the organisation. 

Additional Key Responsibilities 

• Coordinate audits and assessments related to Halal, OSHE, ISO, Sustainability and other compliance requirements. 

• Prepare compliance and audit reports for management.
