工作地點與時間

• 工作地點： 銅鑼灣
• 平日時間： 11:30 am - 8:30 pm (暫定)
• 週末及假日： 11:00 am - 9:00 pm (適用於星期五、六及公眾假期)

薪酬與專屬福利

• 工作日數： 每月 7 - 8 天例假（輪班輪休）
• 基本底薪： HK$16,000 - $19,000（按能力及工作經驗釐定）
• 銷售佣金： 與銷售額掛鈎，平均每月約 HK$2,000 - $4,000， 旺季可高達HK$4,000 - $6,000
• 迎新獎金： HK$2,000（順利通過三個月試用期後發放）
• 有薪假期： 15 天法定假日（勞工假期）及 10 天有薪年假（試用期後）
• 特別技能加給： 若具備視覺與設計專長（懂手機/相機拍攝、Adobe 修圖/設計軟件，能協助平面設計及修圖者），基本底薪可達 HK$18,000 或以上，並獲優先考慮。(申請時請務必附上作品集或社交平台連結)

您的工作內容 (享有高度工作自主權)

• 獨立運作： 大部分時間需獨立一人當值，負責管理店舖日常運作及維持店面整潔。
• 專業客服： 提供優質的珠寶銷售服務，並解答門市及網上客戶的查詢。
• 訂單跟進： 緊貼客戶客製化訂單進度及物流運送流程。
• 店務行政： 負責貨物陳列、存貨記錄、文書處理及更新網店資料。

• 高中程度或以上，具備前線銷售經驗（具珠寶行業或獨立運作店舖經驗者優先考慮）。
• 喜歡獨立處理工作，擁有極強的責任心與組織力，且注重品牌形象與細節。
• 具備親和力（有笑容、有禮貌、虛心學習）及優秀的溝通技巧。
• 熟悉電腦操作（如 MS Excel）及社交平台（如 Instagram）。

• Location: Causeway Bay
• Weekdays: 11:30 am - 8:30 pm (Tentative)

Remuneration & Benefits

• Days Off: 7 - 8 Rest Days per month (Shift work required)
• Basic Salary: HK$16,000 - $19,000 (Based on experience and capability)
• Commission: Sales-driven commission, averaging approx. HK$2,000 - $4,000/month (can reach up to HK$4,000 - $6,000 during peak seasons)
• Welcome Bonus: HK$2,000 (Payable upon successful completion of the 3-month probation)
• Paid Leave: 15 Statutory Holidays & 10 days Paid Annual Leave (After probation)

Special Skills Allowance: Candidates with visual and design expertise (mobile/camera photography, Adobe photo editing/design software, ability to assist with graphic design) will be given priority, with a basic salary starting at HK$18,000 or above. Your Responsibilities (High level of autonomy)

• Independent Operations: Manage daily store operations and maintain store tidiness and visual standards (you will be on duty independently for most shifts).
• Professional Customer Service: Sell fine jewelry products and answer inquiries from both walk-in and online customers.
• Order Tracking: Closely monitor the progress of bespoke orders and logistics/delivery processes.
• Store Administration: Handle visual merchandising, inventory recording, basic paperwork, and e-shop data updates.

Requirements

• High school graduate or above, with frontline retail sales experience (Experience in the jewelry industry or independent boutique operations is highly preferred).
• Comfortable working independently with a strong sense of responsibility, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for brand image and detail.
• Friendly, cheerful, polite, and eager to learn, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in basic computer operations (e.g., MS Excel) and social media platforms (e.g., Instagram).
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new things.
• Fluent in Cantonese, good command of English, and basic conversational Mandarin.
