Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or Food & Beverage Management.

Internship duration: 3–6 months (or according to university requirements)

Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.

Familiar with basic knife skills and kitchen equipment.

Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.

Willing to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays if required.

Willingness to learn and take instructions from chefs.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Positive attitude and strong work discipline.

Able to stand for long hours.

Able to handle hot kitchen environments.

Maintain a basic food hygiene standards and follow proper kitchen protocols.

Work in assigned kitchen stations.

Assists in the preparation of ingredients.

Efficiently manage food production and operations during peak hours.

Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation and taste as per company requirements.
