• Ensure site compliance with OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, DOSH/JKKP regulations, and CIDB safety requirements
• Register project with DOSH and maintain all statutory safety notifications and certifications
• Develop and implement the Construction Safety and Health Management Plan (CSHP)
• Issue and monitor Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems for high-risk activities (hot work, working at height, lifting, excavation)
• Prepare risk assessments (HIRARC), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and safety SOPs for site activities
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits; identify and close out hazards
• Investigate accidents, near-misses, and dangerous occurrences; prepare reports and corrective action plans
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training for workers, subcontractors, and visitors
• Monitor PPE compliance, scaffolding, lifting equipment, and machinery safety across all subcontractors
• Coordinate safety measures for work near/within live hospital areas (infection control, restricted zones, noise/dust control)
• Liaise with hospital facility management to align construction safety with healthcare operational requirements
• Liaise with DOSH officers, local authorities, and clients during inspections and audits
• Maintain safety records, incident reports, and documentation for audit readiness
• Report safety performance (KPIs, incident statistics) to management in progress meetings
• Must hold valid DOSH-registered SHO certification (Green Book); minimum 3–5 years' experience, healthcare project experience preferred

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
