Hey IT Intern, are you up for a new challenge?

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy intern to join our IT team. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys solving technical issues, and is passionate about IT support and systems.

HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Provide 1st-level technical support for company devices, applications, and peripherals.
• Support and troubleshoot macOS, Windows, Linux, Microsoft Office, networks, and printers.
• Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues, and escalate complex issues to vendors when necessary.
• Assist with user account setup, system access, and device preparation for new joiners.
• Maintain and update IT tickets, technical documentation, and knowledge base articles.
• Manage IT inventory, including asset tagging, tracking, and software license records.
• Support day-to-day IT operations and assist the IT team with ad-hoc technical tasks.

HERE’S THE SKILLS AND PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES WE’D LIKE TO HAVE:

• Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of operating systems, hardware, and office IT environments.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
• Able to handle internal systems and data with professionalism and discretion.
