Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering
  Automotive Engineering or any related technical discipline

• Min 1–5 years of experience in: Technical Support, Technical Helpdesk, Customer Service, Service Desk, Technical Customer Support

• Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent English communication (spoken & written)

• Customer-focused with strong service mindset

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Able to manage multiple cases while meeting SLA timelines

• Strong documentation and reporting skills

• Basic understanding of technical specifications, product datasheets, and product applications

• Ability to prioritize, troubleshoot, and escalate issues appropriately

• Experience with any of the following is an advantage:
  SAP / CRM systems / ServiceNow / ERP systems / Customer Service Management (CSM) / Ticketing systems
  

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of lubricants, oil & gas, automotive, or industrial products

• Experience in a Call Centre or Shared Service environment

• Familiarity with SLA and KPI-driven operations

• Knowledge of business processes and operational workflows

• Experience creating or maintaining SOPs, FAQs, or Knowledge Base articles

• Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills

• Exposure to dashboards and data analysis

• Experience using digital customer support platforms or self-service portals

• Basic understanding of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) practices

Lubricant Technical Helpdesk
Oil & Gas Industry
Location: KL Sentral
Contract Duration: 1 Year
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Basic Salary: RM3,000 – RM3,600
Internet Allowance: RM150/month

Key Responsibilities

Technical & Customer Support

• Provide technical advice on lubricant products, product equivalence, selection, applications, and troubleshooting.

• Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and CRM systems.

• Handle customer complaints, investigate issues, and ensure timely resolution.

• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  

Lubricant Service Management

Manage end-to-end lubricant service operations, including:

• LubeAnalyst

• LubeOptimiser

• LubeCoach

• Coordinate customer onboarding, sample tracking, service requests, and follow-ups.

• Monitor service turnaround times (TAT) and ensure SLA compliance.
  

Coordination & Operations

• Work closely with Account Managers, Technical Specialists, and external laboratories to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Perform system-related activities using GSAP/PGS, including:

• Service Order processing, Procurement support, Goods Receipting (GR), Billing, Invoice issue resolution

• Ensure compliance with HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) standards.
