2. Possess minimum 2 years of Supermarket Management, including its daily operations, manpower, company's expectations and others

3. Proactive, Critical Thinking & Responsible

4. No health issues, no prior crimes/substances abuse case

The contract may be extended/terminated based on the mutual agreement/performance review/other factors.

What You’ll Be Doing?

1. STORE OPERATIONS

• Ensure the effective manpower allocation & smooth daily store operations.

• Monitor attendance, provide real-time updates via WhatsApp group & proactively secure shift replacements to maintain operational coverage.

• Provide clear instructions & assign specific assignments to staff and track the staff's progress consistently.

• Monitor & evaluate overall store conditions, including stock levels, product arrangement, merchandising standards & storage.

• Conduct regular quality checks & expiry dates to maintain products standards.

• Ensure accurate pricing & proper display of merchandise in line with company standards.

• Solve any issues/problems/errors that arise during store operations

2. STAFF MANAGEMENT

• Conduct training. on-the-job coaching, counseling & performance appraisals, where applicable, to all new staff & existing staff effectively.

• Promote professionalism among staff within the team.

• Communicate the company's rules, SOPs & expectations to staff.

3. REPORTING

• Report any discrepancies, losses or irregularities to Management.

• Prepare & maintain comprehensive reports for management review.
