Job Overview

Dexin Hardware Sdn Bhd is seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, and motivated individual to join our team as an Admin (3-Month Contract). The successful candidate will assist with daily administrative tasks, basic accounting duties, data entry, and document filing to ensure smooth office operations. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience and develop valuable administrative and accounting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily administrative tasks and documentation.
• Manage filing, data entry and record keeping.
• Assist with basic accounting tasks and invoice preparation.
• Handle payment records and document verification.
• Assist in preparing payment vouchers and other accounting documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of administrative and accounting tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Available for a 3-month contract.
