Role Description

Create, edit, and coordinate written content for websites, social media, marketing materials, and internal or external communications. Research topics, adapt messaging for different audiences, and maintain a consistent brand voice. Copywriters develop persuasive and engaging copy; Content Editors review accuracy, clarity, grammar, and structure; and Communications Executives coordinate announcements, newsletters, and stakeholder communications. Work with internal teams to manage approvals, meet publishing deadlines, and evaluate content performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Previous experience in copywriting, editing, content development, or corporate communications.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to adapt tone, style, and messaging to different audiences and channels.
• Strong research and fact-checking skills, with attention to accuracy.
• Familiarity with content management systems and digital publishing tools is an advantage.
• For Copywriter roles, a portfolio demonstrating creative and persuasive writing is preferred.
• For Content Editor roles, experience applying editorial standards and style guides is preferred.
• For Communications Executive roles, experience coordinating stakeholder communications and approval processes is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate with teams and manage multiple deadlines.
