We're looking for experienced Banking & Financial Services professionals who are interested in doing something different with the knowledge, relationships and experience they've built during their careers.
You don't need recruitment experience.
We're looking for people who understand Financial Services, are confident building relationships and like the idea of developing their own specialist market within Executive Search.
What would you be doing?
You'll work with clients to identify and attract experienced professionals for senior and specialist positions across Banking & Financial Services.
You'll develop your own area of expertise, build relationships with senior professionals and become a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.
You'll have support from dedicated researchers, technology and an established Executive Search platform, allowing you to focus on relationships, clients and delivering assignments.
A different way of working
We don't believe you need to sit in an office from 9–6 to be successful.
Choose your own hours.
Work from home or from the office.
Work overseas when you want to travel.
What matters to us is what you deliver, not where you're sitting when you deliver it.
You'll have the autonomy to manage your own time and build your market in the way that works for you, while still having the support of the wider business when you need it.
Who could this suit?
You may currently work in Banking, Asset Management, Commodities, Financial Services, Insurance, Private Equity & VC’s, REIT and Alternative Investments or a functional specialist in technology, risk or legal in Banking & Financial Services
