Job description:

• Greet guests as they arrive and provide them with information about hotel services and amenities.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
• Manage room reservations and room assignments, ensuring that guests are allocated suitable rooms based on their needs and preferences.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
• Operate the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS) and software to manage guest information, reservations, and billing.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
• Maintain a clean and tidy front desk area, ensuring that all supplies are stocked and readily available.
• Collaborate with other hotel staff members to ensure that guest needs are met and that the hotel is running smoothly.

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
