CIMB Hiring! Full Time AVP, Sales - Marketing, Bureau de Change (BDC) in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist to initiate new ideas / campaign / rewards which includes issuance of campaign memo & getting the necessary approval to grow BDC business.
• Liaise with stakeholders i.e. Consumer Marketing & Group Legal on new initiative or amendment to existing initiative to ensure proper governance.
• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote BDC products.
• Strengthen BDC brand awareness and positioning in both offline and online markets.
• Monitor performance metrics, conduct sales forecasting, and identify revenue gaps with actionable solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably 5 – 10 Year of relevant Marketing & Sales experience in the financial and banking industry.
• In-depth understanding of currency exchange business and customer behaviour.
• Proven track record in executing successful marketing campaigns and driving sales performance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Data-driven with strong analytical and presentation capabilities.
