We are looking for a proactive, resourceful and creative intern to join our HR team. This internship is suitable for someone who enjoys working with people, communication, design and technology, and who is comfortable taking ownership of tasks rather than waiting for step-by-step instructions.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

Internal Branding & Communications

Support internal corporate branding and communication initiatives

Create and develop internal articles and communication materials

Support the redesign and improvement of internal communication boards and other communication channels

Bring fresh ideas on how we can make internal communications more engaging and effective

Employee Experience & Engagement

Support employee experience and employee engagement initiatives

Assist in planning, organizing and coordinating internal events and activities

Support communications, materials, logistics and other preparations related to employee engagement activities

Presentation & Visual Communication

Support the preparation and design of management and Board presentations

Transform information and ideas into clear, professional and visually engaging PowerPoint slides

Apply good presentation and storytelling principles to make information easier to understand

Other HR Support

Support other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications

Must Have:

• Internship Duration - Minimum commitment of 6 months.
• Has a strong can-do attitude
• Has good interpersonal and communication skills （both verbal and written）
• Is comfortable using Microsoft PowerPoint, with an understanding of presentation design and storytelling being a strong advantage
