Golf Assistant

Rawang, Selangor

RM 1,800 – RM 2,100 per month

About the role

We are seeking a reliable, friendly and service-oriented Golf Assistant to join our Golf Operations team in Rawang. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, interacting with customers and being part of a professional golf environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist golfers throughout their visit.
• Handle golfers' golf bags, clubs, trolleys and other equipment with care.
• Prepare, arrange and maintain golf carts and equipment.
• Assist at the bag drop, first tee and other golf operation areas.
• Provide basic information and assistance to golfers regarding the course and facilities.
• Ensure golf operation areas are clean, organized and presentable.
• Assist with golf tournaments, corporate events and club activities.
• Report damaged equipment, safety concerns and operational issues to the supervisor.
• Support the Golf Operations team in daily activities and other duties as assigned.

About you

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Previous experience in golf, hospitality, hotel, resort or customer service is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of golf is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
• Friendly, polite and customer-focused personality.
• Comfortable working outdoors.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Responsible, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
• Valid driving license is an added advantage.
