Job Summary

Join Alexis Employment as a Maid Agency Agent working from home. You will connect families with suitable domestic helpers, manage client relationships, coordinate placements, and ensure compliance with MOM regulations, contributing to responsible and quality recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Assess employers' household needs and helper requirements to recommend suitable domestic helper profiles.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews between employers and domestic helpers.
• Manage and respond to client enquiries, maintaining timely follow-ups with potential employers.
• Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate placements and deployment logistics.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with employers and helpers to support successful placements.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and agency procedures.

Required competencies and certifications

• Obtain or hold CEI (Basic) certification within MOM’s stipulated timeframe.
• Meet MOM’s employment agency personnel registration requirements.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and helpers.
• Exhibit responsibility, organization, and the ability to work independently.
• Show a service-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn and develop.
• Experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or the domestic helper industry is advantageous.
