We are looking for a Retail Assistant to join our retail shop team. This is a hands-on role covering cashier operations, customer service, merchandise arrangement, marketing support and stock management.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle cashier and payment transactions.
• Assist customers with product enquiries.
• Arrange and replenish merchandise and product displays.
• Perform stock checking, receiving and inventory management.
• Assist with retail marketing activities and promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and overall shop operations.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field.
• Experience in retail, cashiering or customer service is an advantage.
• Friendly, responsible and customer-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer and social media skills are an added advantage.

• 具备基本电脑及社交媒体操作技能者优先。

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
