Replenish room amenities, linens, and toiletries to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.

Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items to the supervisor promptly.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas.

Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens.

Demonstrate a positive and helpful attitude towards guests and colleagues.

Follow specific instructions for deep cleaning and special requests from guests or management.

Understand and implement hotel policies and procedures related to housekeeping operations.
