Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administrative and office support tasks.
• Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Assist in responding to customer requests and providing accurate information.
• Maintain and update customer records, documents, and administrative files.
• Assist with data entry, documentation, filing, and preparation of reports.
• Coordinate appointments, schedules, and customer-related matters when required.
• Assist the team in preparing documents, forms, and other administrative materials.
• Support other ad-hoc administrative and customer service tasks as assigned.

Internship Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Open to fresh graduates or students seeking an internship placement.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Responsible, organised, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Available for the required internship period.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.
• Good telephone, WhatsApp, and email communication skills.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Customer-oriented and able to communicate professionally.
• Attention to detail when handling documents and data.
