Key Duties

The Senior Sales Executive (Pharma Machinery) is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with major pharmaceutical manufacturer customers in Malaysia. The role is focused on driving sales growth, strengthening customer satisfaction, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver both commercial and technical solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.

• Key Account Management - Manage and grow key accounts within the pharmaceutical industry by developing strategic customer relationships, driving long-term revenue growth, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure successful project execution while identifying new business opportunities through market and customer insights
• Direct Sales & Opportunity Development - Drive sales of pharmaceutical process technologies by developing customer relationships, identifying high-potential opportunities, and delivering tailored technical and commercial solutions, and lead the sales cycle process on technical and commercial
• Sales Planning & Reporting - Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline planning to support effective sales performance management and target achievement

Job Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience in the role of sales or key account management in the pharmaceutical industry, having existing business network is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business or equivalent
• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical processes, technologies, and supply chain
• Demonstrate strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales target in B2B sales environment
• Able to manage and close sales pipeline and deals and provide tailored solutions based on customer needs
• A solution-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients optimize their operations with advanced technology
• Excellent proficiency in written and verbal English
• Digitally savvy and proficient in MS Office applications and other relevant applications
• Capable of identifying customer requirements and translating them into practical solutions
• Readiness to travel frequently locally and to Singapore
