Responsibilities
- Prepare beverages and menu items according to company SOPs.
- Take customer orders and operate the POS system.
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service.
- Keep the work area clean, tidy, and organized.
- Assist with stock management and outlet needs.
- Follow operating, hygiene, and safety procedures.
- Work with the team to ensure smooth outlet operations.
