Responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems and infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operation of the company’s IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to employees.

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, software, and other IT equipment.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.

• Manage user accounts, access rights, and IT security.

• Monitor and maintain network and IT infrastructure.

• Perform regular system backups and assist with data recovery.

• Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and equipment records.

• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.

• Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and new technology implementations.
