1. Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or undertaking relevant vocational training. Final-year degree students are preferred.
2. Have prior experience in a workshop or warehouse.
3. Be able to stand for extended periods.
4. Be familiar with the safe use of basic hand and power tools or willing to learn.
5. Listen attentively, follow detailed instructions and work reliably.
6. Help maintain a safe and orderly workplace.

1. Keep workstations clean by sweeping floors, emptying bins, wiping surfaces, removing debris and pressure-washing work areas.
2. Clean machine parts and tools, dispose of grease and sludge in designated containers, and sort parts into the appropriate customer crates or onto pallets.
3. Return hand and power tools to designated storage areas and report damaged tools to the supervisor.
4. Assist technicians by holding materials, fetching parts and helping with basic assembly.
5. Load, unload, move and cut materials for upcoming projects.
6. Follow occupational health and safety rules and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
