Working Hours: 5-day work week | 9 hours per day | Rotating weekends & Public Holidays

Salary Package: Basic Salary + KPI Incentive + Shift Allowance + Language Allowance

What We’re Looking For

• Good Mandar1n and English communication skills, both spoken and written

• SPM or above

• 2yrs experiences in customer service field

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Customer-oriented with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

• Good attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills

• Able to adapt to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Your Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone or live chat regarding accounts, payments, and services

• Investigate failed, delayed or unsuccessful transactions and provide appropriate solutions

• Support customer onboarding, identity verification (KYC) and account-related requests

• Handle customer complaints professionally, follow up on cases and escalate complex issues when necessary

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case details

• Follow company procedures, work guidelines, and SLA standards
