Role Description The Marketing and Business Development Intern role at AIREA is an internship position based in Damansara with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some tasks to be performed from home. The intern supports marketing campaigns and business outreach by assisting with market research, preparing marketing materials, and helping to manage online and offline brand presence. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data on target markets, contributing to marketing strategies, assisting with sales presentations, and coordinating follow-ups with prospects and clients. The intern also helps maintain customer records, supports customer service activities, and collaborates with team members to refine AI-driven real estate offerings and positioning. This role provides hands-on experience in applying marketing and business development concepts within a technology-focused real estate environment.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional interpersonal abilities.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data on customers, competitors, and industry trends.
• Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, such as basic lead generation, prospect follow-up, and support for presentations and pitches.
