RM10 - RM12 /hour

Education:

• SPM graduate or Diploma/Degree (in any field)

Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in interpersonal communication roles (promoter experience is acceptable)

Skills & Traits:

• Good at communication and negotiation

• Able to use simple Google Suite

• Results-focused, proactive, and organized

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• Saturday & Sunday: Between 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM (Working hours to be discussed and arranged accordingly)

• Guide parents to understand suitable learning options and course recommendations for their child

• Communicate via reply / calls / Zoom to understand needs and provide appropriate academic guidance

• Follow up with parents regularly to provide clear information and ongoing support

• Record all communication details accurately in the system

• Improve consultation scripts, SOPs, and communication flow based on real cases

• Work from Home
