Barista / Juicer

We are looking for a Barista / Juicer who is reliable, energetic, detail oriented and takes pride in making great drinks.

What You'll Do

• Prepare juices, smoothies and beverages according to recipes and SOPs.

• Follow measurements and portion controls accurately to ensure consistent taste, texture and presentation.

• Prepare ingredients and frozen smoothie packs according to daily requirements.

• Operate blenders, juicers and other equipment safely and correctly.

• Maintain speed and accuracy during busy periods.

• Check ingredient freshness and quality before use.

• Follow FIFO, proper storage and food handling procedures.

• Minimise wastage and maintain proper portion control.

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or quality issues early.

• Assist with stock counts and ingredient organisation when required.

• Welcome customers warmly, take orders accurately and recommend products when appropriate.

• Handle customer requests professionally and maintain a positive presence throughout the shift.

• Keep the bar, preparation area and equipment clean throughout service.

• Follow all hygiene, food safety, opening and closing procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a barista, juicer, smoothie maker or F&B crew member is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates and candidates without direct experience are welcome if they have the right attitude and willingness to learn.

• Reliable, punctual and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and SOPs.

• Comfortable standing and working for extended periods.

• Willing to work weekends, public holidays and peak periods.

• Basic communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
