Ensure safe, efficient, and professional installation, maintenance, and repair of water filter systems for our customers.

ROLE SUMMARY 職位概述
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of domestic water filter systems.
向服務經理匯報,您將負責家用濾水機系統的現場安裝、保養及維修工作。
You will ensure timely, professional, and courteous service to our customers across Hong Kong.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要職責
Conduct on-site visits to assess installation locations for water filter systems.
進行現場視察,評估濾水機的安裝位置。
Install, maintain, and repair water filter systems at customer homes or premises.
在客戶家中或場所安裝、保養及維修濾水機系統。
Handle warranty repairs and after-sales service requests.
處理保養維修及售後服務請求。
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for water filter products.
為濾水機產品提供技術支援及故障排除。
Manage spare parts and tools for service assignments.
管理服務任務所需的零件及工具。
Maintain accurate service records and reports.
保存準確的服務記錄及報告。
Deliver friendly, professional, and timely customer service at all times.

IDEAL CANDIDATE 入職要求
Electrical Worker License (Grade A) Holder.
持有電工證(A 牌)。
Responsible, punctual, and polite with a strong customer service attitude.
具責任心、守時、有禮,並擁有強烈的客戶服務態度。
Willing and able to work outdoors and travel to various customer locations across Hong Kong.
願意並能夠戶外工作,並前往香港各區的客戶地點。
Prior experience in water filter installation, home appliance repair, or electrical work is an advantage.
擁有濾水機安裝、家電維修或電工工作經驗者優先。
TERMS & BENEFITS 薪酬福利
Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
工作時間:星期一至六,上午 9:30 至下午 6:30。
10 days of annual leave.

Annual performance bonus (more than one month's salary based on past record).
