Responsibilities
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Intellectual Property (IP) Intern to support our IP team in handling trademarks, patents, industrial designs, and copyright matters. This internship provides hands-on exposure to real IP processes and professional firm operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in filing and processing trademarks, patents, industrial designs, and copyright
- Conduct IP searches (trademark clearance, availability checks)
- Prepare and organize IP documentation and reports
- Monitor and update IP deadlines and records
- Liaise with clients, agents, and relevant authorities
- Support administrative and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team
Requirements
- Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English required; Mandarin is an advantage)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
