Position: Sales Executive Intern

We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic intern to join our sales team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in handling customer inquiries and follow-ups.
• Support the preparation of quotations, sales orders, and other sales documents.
• Assist in maintaining customer records and updating sales databases.
• Follow up with customers on orders, delivery schedules, and outstanding matters.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and monitoring sales performance.
• Support the development of new business opportunities and customer relationships.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 months internship period (WAJIB / MANDATORY).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Responsible, organised, and willing to learn.
• Proactive and comfortable communicating with customers.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
