Job Description

We are looking for energetic, responsible, and enthusiastic individuals to join our pool of freelance event facilitators!

You will support corporate team-building activities and events, helping to create fun and engaging experiences for participants.

This is a flexible, project-based role with no fixed schedule. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to our freelance facilitator WhatsApp group, where upcoming event opportunities will be shared. Members can indicate their availability through polls, and assignments will be confirmed based on event requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate corporate team-building games and activities.
- Explain game rules and engage participants.
- Assist with event setup, logistics, and packing up.
- Ensure activities run smoothly and safely.
- Work closely with event hosts and fellow facilitators.

Requirements

- Energetic, friendly, and confident interacting with people.
- Responsible, punctual, and a good team player.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
- Available for weekday and/or weekend events.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
