Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

• Learn about our products, services, and target market to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media management, email marketing, and other promotional activities.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscape.
• Support the sales team by generating leads, prospecting potential customers, and scheduling appointments or product demonstrations.
• Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations to gain exposure to the sales process and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and sales scripts.
• Assist in analyzing sales data, monitoring sales performance metrics, and preparing reports for management review.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our industry, competitors, and market conditions to contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.
• Learn and utilize sales and marketing tools, software, and technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Take part in sales and marketing training programs, workshops, and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

• Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
