Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English, both written and spoken, is essential. Malay is a plus.

• Own a computer and be able to work independently in a remote setting.

• Be organised, responsible and responsive, with the ability to meet agreed deadlines.

• Candidates based in Johor Bahru are preferred.

• Be available to work remotely initially, with possible on-site work at a later stage.

• Be available to travel between Kuala Lumpur and Singapore as required, with valid travel documents and the necessary entry eligibility.

• Experience in social media, copywriting, creator partnerships or event support is a plus. Relevant work samples are welcome.

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable, bilingual part-time teammate to support our marketing and social media activities in Malaysia and Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Assist with social media content planning, copywriting, translation and publishing.

• Research and organise market information, creator profiles and campaign materials.

• Support creator outreach, coordination and follow-ups.

• Assist with the planning and execution of brand campaigns and store events.

• Support on-site work and coordination across locations when required.
