This role combines a unique skillset of requiring strong architectural foundations, with the ability to get your hands dirty directly on linux and psql commands, and customer-facing requirements gathering and management. What you'll be working on

> Think Solutions Architect x SRE/DevOps x FDE

> You will be leading our deployment efforts with our customers across single-server cloud deployments, to internal Kubernetes deployments to their on-prem infrastructure

> You will work closely with client technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand their requirements, goals and architecture, finding the right integration points for their business workflows to ensure first-time-to-value is maximised, and actually getting your hands dirty with the deployment implementation

> You are detailed-oriented and know your SLOs and SLIs so our SLAs are held up

> You understand the nuances of GPU-specific infrastructure and throughput bottlenecks and how to squeeze the most out of systems

> You communicate simply and bring clarity to complexity

> You’re customer-minded with strong execution skills, a desire to build from zero, and experience setting up and managing at-scale production systems

Competencies

> Languages: Terraform/OpenTofu, Atlantis, Python (Rust is nice too), bash, psql. Knowing your decorators, threads and processes; factory, singleton patterns, and everything in between

> Experience with any of the following infrastructure stack: Kubernetes with helm deployments, to Docker containers, Linux quirks and embedded applications, and Ansible

> ⁠You built CICD pipelines for a living and understand the importance of a good internal CLI, and know when GitOps makes sense and when it doesn’t

> ⁠Experience with GPU serving infrastructure like vLLM, SGLang is highly desirable

> Toolmaxxing: knowing how to leverage Claude Code to move fast with your past experience in building software as its backstop

> Applied machine learning experience with GPUs (specifically CUDA) is highly desirable

> On-device deployment experience is a plus
