Job Scope – Training & Development Executive

• Plan, organize, and execute training programs for teachers and centre operators.
• Develop training materials, manuals, and learning resources aligned with company standards.
• Monitor and track training progress, attendance, and performance outcomes.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and propose improvements to enhance learning impact.
• Coordinate with departments to identify training needs and competency gaps.
• Support onboarding and continuous professional development initiatives.
• Assist in academic material development, including content creation, review, and quality control (QC) to ensure alignment with curriculum standards.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Education, Human Resource, Business, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for training, coaching, and people development.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
