- Monitor and analyze competitor movements and industry trends within the Singapore fintech and digital payments space using market research and social listening tools (e.g., Talkwalker).
- Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to boost brand awareness, engagement, and user acquisition across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram.
- Take ownership of the social media calendar, including content curation, production coordination, and scheduling.
- Track and report on social media post-performance and community sentiment to refine engagement tactics and content strategy.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends and platform features to keep the brand at the forefront of digital conversations.
- Support Marketing team on other engagement projects/initiatives, where applicable.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, New Media, Marketing, or a related field.
- Deeply familiar with the Singapore social media landscape and digital culture (especially Instagram, Telegram).
- Proactive, can-do attitude, with a passion to drive brand growth.
- Able to manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint a must.
- Copywriting skills a must.
- Creative thinker with strong copywriting skills and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
- SQL is not necessary but good to have.
