Batik Boutique is looking for a Logistics Intern to support our logistics, operations, customer service, and order fulfilment team.

This role is suitable for someone who is organized, detail oriented, and interested in learning how products move from production to customers. You will be involved in packing orders, tracking deliveries, preparing records, supporting event stock movement, and assisting with customer service follow ups.

This internship is a good opportunity for someone who wants hands on experience in logistics, operations, e-commerce fulfilment, and customer service. There is also potential to transition into a full time position based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Learn the B2B order fulfilment flow, including coordinating with production, confirming delivery details with clients, preparing delivery orders, and arranging drivers for delivery
• Learn the B2C order fulfilment flow, including Shopify orders, picking, packing, quality checking, courier booking, delivery tracking, international delivery quotations, returns, and exchanges
• Assist with warehousing responsibilities including packing customer and corporate orders
• Check SKU, quantity, product condition, packaging, and gift notes before orders are packed
• Track deliveries and monitor pending, delivered, delayed, or failed delivery parcels
• Prepare delivery issue logs for delays, wrong addresses, failed deliveries, or damaged parcels
• Assist with stock count by counting selected SKUs, checking variances, and updating records
• Prepare event packing lists, including products, quantities, display items, bags, tags, and marketing materials
• Track event stock movement, including stock out, stock return, sold items, and missing items
• Support packaging SOP updates by learning packaging methods and helping record simple video tutorials
• Assist with customer service and CRM tasks when needed
• Help organize customer records and inquiry tracking sheets
• Draft simple customer reply templates and follow up messages
• Support weekly WhatsApp Status coordination across outlet phones when required

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in logistics, business, operations, administration, supply chain, retail, e-commerce, or related fields
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Organized, responsible, and detail oriented
• Comfortable working with product codes, quantities, spreadsheets, and order records
• Good communication skills
• Basic English communication skills required
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to follow instructions and update records accurately
• Proactive in following up on pending tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Able to work well with production, retail, and customer service teams
