• SPM or any equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year working experience in sales and customer service is preferred, particularly in retail, automotive, airline, or other customer-facing industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly understand customer needs and match them with suitable vehicle options, ensuring a positive dealership sales experience.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven and commission-based environment
• MUST be willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

Position: Customer Sales Advisor (Automative)

Working Days: 6 days per week (rotational including weekends and PH)

Working Hours: Retail Operating Hours (Depending on Schedule)*

Available Locations: Melaka, Kempas, Batu Pahat, Bukit Indah, Johor Jaya, Mersing, Pasir Gudang

Monthly Salary: Up to RM3,500++ (Basic Salary + Incentives + Monthly Sales Bonus)

Job Responsiblities:

• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment, working collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and company sales targets.
• Leverage multiple social media platforms to generate leads, build brand awareness, and promote vehicle offerings.
• Host live streaming sessions to showcase vehicles, engage with prospective customers, answer enquiries, and drive sales through interactive presentations.
• Utilize product and inventory knowledge to recommend suitable vehicles based on customers' needs, preferences, and budget.
• Guide customers throughout the entire sales journey, including vehicle selection, trade-in/appraisal discussions, test drives, and financing application processes.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and transaction documentation to ensure a seamless customer experience and compliance with company procedures.
