Responsibilities:
️ Ushering duties
️ Facilitating / Leading a group tour on gallery highlight / exhibition
️  Manages merchandise sales, topping up collaterals
️  Manage ticketing process via system / kiosk
️ Use of technologies to engage with visitors
️ Provide customer
service to visitors
️  Ensure artwork
safety
️  Adhered to museum etiquettes at all times
️  Maintain cleanliness
and functionality
️  Any other ad-hoc
duties assigned by supervisory team


Islandwide Locations & Working Hours

Upper Changi: 9am to 6pm
Central: 9.30am to 7pm *Extended hours till 9pm on Fridays
Bugis / Lavender: 10am to 5pm / 1pm - 6pm (Wed - Sun Only)
Bugis (Kampong Glam): 9.30am - 6.30pm 
Pasir Panjang: 9am to 5.30pm

Hourly Rate:
Weekdays: $10.50/hour
Weekends (Fri - Sun): $11.50/Hour 


Requirements:
Able to commit at least 6 months, open for cross deployment
 Must be able to work 3 - 4 days a week (Including 1 weekend)
Able to stand and walk long hours
 Service-oriented and customer centricity
 Good communication and interpersonal skills
 Able to remain calm in stressful situation
 Self-motivated and good teamwork
 Working
experience in tourism / art institutions / customer service is a plus point
