About The Team

Join Shopee's Talent Acquisition team and gain hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process.

Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support talent sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and recruitment operations.

Job Description

• Assist with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for a range of roles across the organisation.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop clear job descriptions.
• Publish job openings on relevant job boards and social media platforms, and manage candidate applications.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews while maintaining clear and timely communication with candidates.
• Maintain accurate and organised candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Support Talent Acquisition and other Human Resources projects and administrative activities.
  
  

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Enthusiastic, willing to learn, and able to work well with different stakeholders.
• Able to commit to a full-time internship for 3–6 months.
• Preferred: Prior internship, project, or extracurricular experience related to recruitment or Human Resources.
• Preferred: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or online recruitment platforms.
