Biz Process Improvements, Digital Transformation - Manager (Insurance)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements focused on business transformation, process optimization, and digital transformation within the insurance sector.
• Advise executives and business leaders on transformation strategies, operating model improvements, and future-state capabilities.
• Conduct current-state assessments and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.
• Design Target Operating Models (TOM), business process frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
• Lead business process re-engineering initiatives across underwriting, claims, policy servicing, distribution, customer management, and back-office operations.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define business vision, strategic objectives, requirements, and transformation priorities.
• Support clients in core system modernization and enterprise-wide transformation programs.
• Develop business cases, operating model recommendations, and strategic transformation proposals.
• Manage project delivery, stakeholder expectations, risks, budgets, and timelines.
• Lead client presentations and executive steering committee discussions.
• Contribute to business development activities, proposal responses, and pursuit opportunities.
• Coach and mentor consultants and senior consultants while supporting practice growth initiatives.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 6-10 years of experience in:
• Management Consulting
• Insurance Transformation
• Business Process Improvement
• Digital Transformation
• Operating Model Design
• Strategy & Transformation
• Prior experience within a consulting firm (Big 4 preferred) and/or insurance industry transformation function.
• Strong understanding of insurance value chains across:
• Life Insurance
• General Insurance
• Takaful
• Bancassurance
• Hands-on experience delivering transformation initiatives involving:
• Business Process Re-engineering (BPR)
• Target Operating Model (TOM) Design
• Customer Experience Transformation
• Claims Transformation
• Underwriting Transformation
• Distribution Transformation
• Shared Services & Operational Excellence
• Core Insurance System Transformation
• Experience developing business requirements, process maps, operating models, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
• Proven experience managing stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Experience leading workstreams or project teams on medium-to-large transformation programs.
