  • Engineering: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Telecommunications, or Site Management
  • Occupational Safety & Health (OSH): Site Safety, Environmental Management, or Admin Safety Support
  • Human Resources & Admin: Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Onboarding, or General Administration
  • Marketing & Business Development: Content Creation, Market Research, Client Relations, or Social Media
  • Finance, Operations & Business Operations: Business Analytics, Project Coordination, or Logistics Admin
  • Network / Computer

What You Will Do

  • Work alongside experienced industry mentors on live corporate and engineering projects.
  • Support daily operations, workflow tracking, and department-specific administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver site-level or corporate solutions.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects, internal training sessions, and team activities.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Safety/OSH, Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Computer / Network or a related field.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and communicate effectively within a team.
  • Proactive mindset with good problem-solving abilities.
